.  Quality： Overall decent quality, had a few issues, but mainly due to damage during shipping. Amy helped me obtain most of the parts that required replacement, as well as some items needed to get my welder to bend, cut or adjust things. Hope I  can get many years of usage out of this tractor. Compared to John Deere or Kubota. For what this tractor costs, I can replace it 3 times compared to brand-name Tractors. But ya some things are stronger built with this Tractor but some things are higher end design with a Deer.  No lack of power with the 60ph, usually just need to run 1/3 trotle. Delivery： It took a while to finally arrive in Toronto due to train delays and Chinese holidays  Service： So far, excellent service. Parts needed usually arrive in 2-3 weeks. Amy has been great at dealing with and responding quickly.
